B&W Camera is provided as a camera application for personal and professional photography and video creation. You are responsible for how you use the app and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you create with B&W Camera. The app does not claim ownership of your content.
B&W Camera Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features such as 4K recording and 60 FPS capture. Payment and purchase restoration are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Some features depend on the capabilities of your iPhone, iOS version, camera hardware, and Apple APIs. Feature availability may vary by device.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Where applicable, use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms.
